Jul-2019  Orange Coast Winery hires commercial brokers to find new location.

Oct-2019  Orange Coast Winery enters lease negotiations on new location.

Dec-2019  Orange Coast Winery suspends lease negotiations on new location. Won’t sign a second lease until business purchase is complete.

Mar-2020  On 10th of month Newport Beach City Council asks planning department to find solution(s).

Mar-2020  On 15th of month, California issues stay at home order.

Apr-2020  Orange Coast Winery purchase officially completed.

Mar-2021  On 9th of month Newport Beach City Council votes on zoning amendment paving the way for Orange Coast Winery to get permits.

Mar-2021  On 30th of month, Orange County enters Orange Tier (COVID-19). Orange Coast Winery could open at 25% capacity if properly permitted.

Apr-2021  Zoning amendment officially enacted.

Apr-2021  Landlord denies permission to install sprinklers. Impact on property and neighbors would be huge because the street and parking lot would need to be dug up in order to connect to the proper water lines.

May-2021  On 18th of month, Orange County enters Yellow Tier (COVID-19). Orange Coast Winery could open at 50% capacity if properly permitted.
