Our first shot at a Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blend and.... it turned out AMAZING of course! This 2019 Cab/ Syrah is a 50/50 blend of each French varietal and all grapes were sourced in LODI. This blend has a bright peppery and slightly fruity nose with similar characteristics to a Pinot Noir. Upon taste, a spicy and peppery start gives way to tart notes of blueberry and plum at the finish. Being high in tannins and low in acidity makes the 2109 Cab/ Syrah perfect for a date night with lamb/duck and grilled mushrooms and veggies.
